A revolutionary new colour that creates a "shattered" effect when applied over a dry lacquer.

Apply one coat of Silver Shatter over completely dry lacquer for a two-texture finish. (Use only one coat of Shatter.) For a high-gloss finish, apply Top Coat over the Shatter Coat. 

Directions of use:

• On clean, dry, manicured nails, apply 1 coat of OPI Base Coat.
• Apply 1-2 coats of your chosen OPI Nail Lacquer shade and allow to dry.
• Apply 1 coat (and only 1 coat!) of Shatter, quickly covering entire nail.
• Allow to dry completely.
• Optional: For a shiny finish, apply your choice of OPI Top Coat.
• Note: Always replace cap tightly after use
